Delivery charges are based on weight, size and value. Insurance and tracking is included. Most orders require a signature.

Important dispatch information
- Orders with T-shirts: T-shirts are non stock items and are special ordered. The estimated dispatch times are on each individual t-shirt page. Dispatch times are estimates but often quicker. Orders containing other products or instock t-shirts will not be dispatched until non-stock t-shirts are available. It is advisable to place a separate order if you need your other products sooner.
- In stock products: All other products on our website are in stock and available for immediate dispatch. Orders placed before 1 pm (GMT) will be dispatched the same day excluding Wednesdays. Orders on Wednesdays must be received by 11 am to be dispatched same day.
- Custom Charges - Customers outside the UK may be required to pay a custom's charge from their own country. The customer is responsible for this charge. As there are many countries and different tariffs it is up to the customer to find out the custom charges in their own country.
- Signatures: Most orders require a signature. Please be sure to send your order to somewhere it can reliably be signed for such as work, a neighbour or a relative.
In the event you have not received your order within 7 working days please contact your local sorting office to see if it is there. Orders that are returned to us will require additional postage to be re-sent.
