Prices
We take great pride in offering high quality products at fair prices. The price of each item excludes postage. Postage is based on weight, size and value of the product and will be calculated at check out.
Prices are listed in British Pound Sterling but customers can view the site in their own country’s currency by using the drop down menu at the top right of the navigational bar. If your country isn’t listed please use www.xe.com to get an idea of the current exchange rate.
Payment & Security
We accept payment by PayPal, Credit Cards, Personal Cheque, Postal Orders, or BACS. Payment by cheque or postal order is only accepted in British Pound Sterling. We do not accept personal cheques drawn on banks outside of the United Kingdom. For safety reasons we do not accept cash through the post.
All goods remain the property of Tam’s Treasures Online until full payment is received and cleared. Goods paid for by personal cheque will not be dispatched until the cheque clears usually within 5-7 working days.
When making an on-line payment such as PayPal, Credit or Debit Card customer’s details are secure. We do not store any financial information. All information is automatically encrypted into transit from the customer’s computer to our own using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
Dispatch & Delivery
We aim to dispatch all orders (exclusive of t-shirts) within 1-3 days of receiving cleared funds. Generally we dispatch within 24 hours. Occasionally, we will sell out of popular products and don’t show this on the website as we can get them back in stock very quickly.
T-shirt dispatch information is located on each individual T-shirt page.
An order will not be dispatched until all products are ready to be dispatched. Should you require part of your order immediately please contact us to make arrangements. In some cases an additional postage fee will be required.
Orders that include a t-shirt may be dispatched separately if a t-shirt(s) is on back order and is beyond the recommended dispatch information located on that t-shirt page.
Orders are dispatched daily by Royal Mail First Class, First Class Recorded or Courier. In most cases a signature is required so please send the order to somewhere it can reliably be signed for.
Whilst we dispatch orders quickly we are not responsible for delays due to the postal system. We will make every endeavour to follow up on a lost or delayed parcel. Please remember delays may occur during peak holiday seasons.
Returns
We have a no quibble guarantee on all orders for 14 days. Please contact us immediately if you have an item(s) that requires returning and quote your invoice number.
“Faulty, Damaged or the wrong item sent”
In the unfortunate event an item arrives faulty or damaged we will refund in full or replace the item. We would ask that you return the item at our cost with all parts, accessories, instructions in original packaging.The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you and the value of the goods.
“Unwanted”
Should you not be completely satisfied with your purchase please contact us with your invoice number. You will then be asked to simply return the item(s) in perfect, resalable, unused condition (including all parts and accessories) within 14 days of receipt.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you and the value of the goods.
CDs being returned must be sealed in original packaging or we will not accept them. This is due to copyright law and customers buying and burning copies of cds.
Any unwanted item that is returned damaged due to improper handling by the buyer or in a manner that will affect its resale value will be refused and a refund will not be issued.
For unwanted or unsuitable orders we do not cover postage and refunds will only be issued on the cost of the product.
All refunds will be issued in the same manner payment was received.
Privacy Statement
We recognise the importance of protecting the privacy of your personal details as a user of this website. We do not pass on any details you submit to any third parties. We do not contact you unsolicited, unless the matter involves an outstanding order. Our privacy policy is under frequent review and any changes will be posted in accordance with the Data Protection Act of 1998.
